RIP Lionel, hopefully his appearance on Bullseye might be on fairly soon on the Challenge repeats.

RIP Lionel Blair - as others have said, it seemed like he'd been around forever, - very talented dancer and entertainer, as well as always being a jolly character whenever he was on TV or seen anywhere as well as always looking well. At the age he reached, he must certainly have looked after himself.

Sad news about Lionel A few years back I saw him at an event in Birmingham where he talked about his long career in showbusiness. He seemed to be very lively for his age and was still smoking well into his 80s. RIP

RIP Lionel.
Last thing I saw him in was an episode of 'Whodunnit?' from 1978 called 'Underneath The Archers' where he played a jack the lad photographer.
Lionel's gotcha on 'Noel's House Party' is one of tv's great moments, on youtube if you've not seen it.

I had a great deal of respect for him after seeing his appearance on that Gotcha. They threw everything they could at him and he remained calm and carried on regardless. No diva tantrums. A true professional.
