Yes, if they are deleting it on a regular basis it's likely not because it infringes copyright. However I did notice in the clip that they give the full name & address of participants, perhaps the restriction on its viewing is as much to do with protecting the abuse victims. I'm assuming the young lad in the clip wasn't an actor & his real name was given.
It isn't rocket science to edit out / blur out / bleep out / dubb out details they don't want getting out. Old episodes of "Road Wars" - when repeated, were re-edited and altered.
With "Johnny Go Home" I am still convinced there are things included in the programme that would almost certainly implicate well known faces and also raise questions as to why they have got away with stuff for so long.

I found a "glossy" magazine special on the 'Great Train Robbery' - on it's 50th anniversary in 2013.
That discusses police corruption - and the fact the Tommy Butler (who headed the case for the Flying Squad) was bent - and always seemed to get his man, regardless and would be quite prepared to find evidence.
A number of questions were also asked about how DI Frank Williams and Butler seemed to know about some of the stolen cash being dumped and buried in a forest - more was found in a phonebox.
The piece also provides a statement made by the Train Driver - which he made "off the record" shortly before he passed away. He claimed that during the initial in investigation - his pension was threatened if he made a statement to what actually happened. He went on to say that the gash on his head was caused by him falling and bashing his head on the train cab control dashboard. He was told that his statement couldn't mention the dashboard and that one of the robbers did it.
Given how rife police corruption was during the 60s - and the pressure police were under to haul people in, anythings possible.

There's a interesting looking documentary on BBC2 on the 14 April at 9pm, Bent Coppers: Crossing the Line of Duty, that looks interesting, about corruption in the Met in the 70's when Rober Mark was the Commisioner. By coincidence I just read an unrelated book called Bent Coppers by Norman Pilcher who was in the drugs squad then and fell foul of the system and got stitched up and went inside, also good. Blimey, this programme is narrated by the guv!

How was it? Got it recorded and ready to watch I thought pretty good. Some interesting interviews and a fair bit of period film and Sweeney incidental music. Combined with a book I read it’s difficult to underestimate how bad things were back then.

Episode 3 was very interesting.
Dear me, the whole thing was a disgrace.
A commander in city of London police was almost certainly bent and a load armed criminals escaped justice.
