There's a scene in an episode of this show that has stuck in my mind to this day. It features David Neville who played Sir James in series 2 of Auf W Pet. In the episode he plays the posh twit boyfriend of one of the daughters, I think he's a pianist & he's helping her to write songs.
He tells her he's written a song called 'Anarchy', she gets excited at the prospect & there's a dream sequence where she imagines herself as a punk singing the song on stage, then she's snapped out of it by him singing an inoffensive little Noel Coward type tune at the piano with sheet music titled 'Anna Key'.
Can't think why I still remember it after all this time.

I think he was also in the final episode of Fawlty Towers, Basil the Rat, again playing a posh twit type.

I read on another forum that David Neville quit acting in the 90s to become a psychotherapist. No idea if he's still married to her but his wife in Auf W Pet was his real life wife.
The American version of Keep It In The Family, Too Close For Comfort, also featuring a pair of attractive daughters-
