Its a great find that Arthur. Good to see these guys from where they started. The acting world seems very fickle to me, an opinion reinforced from reading various biographies over the years. I would think that the 50s world would be class lead. Everyone seems so posh in tv and films from that era.

I remember actor Leslie Phillips (still going strong at 94) mentioning this a few years ago. Back then and coming from a working class family in Tottenham, he was apparently told that if he wanted to be successful in the profession he had to learn to speak 'posh' to fit in with all the other actors and actresses he'd be working with.
