They mentioned on commentary that that could be one of the last GP's at Barcelona. I won't miss this track TBH as it often serves up a poor race. Merc were comfortable Ferrari were a joke.

My guess for the Spanish race is Bottas, Hamilton then Verstappen ! About to start. I was clearly wrong, close but wrong. (Is it weird to quote your own post ? Yes probably) Results: 2019 Spanish Grand Prix Results Barcelona, 12 May 2019 = Fastest Lap Team Grid Fastest Lap Race Time 1 L. Hamilton Mercedes 1 1:18.492 1:35:50.443 26 2 V. Race is about to start. Good tributes to Niki Lauder throughout all telecasts of practice and qualifying. I like that many of the cars have a small painted tribute to him on their cars, eg. a racing number in red, his name, small red symbol, etc. With the known lack of passing opportunities at Monaco I feel that the final result will mimic the qualifying results with Hamilton, Bottas and Verstappen. I was rapt to see that Ricciardo is starting at 6th.

It was an annoying way for a race to be settled. Regarding the penalty I can see both sides of the argument. The Ferrari pace on the stint where Vettel went off was not great compared to the first half of the race. Surprising really as they looked to have it sewn up in the first half.

I've still to see that race but will try and catch up over the next few days, from what I've seen/heard and like Del says there's arguments for and against the penalty and can't really give my opinion until I see it again.
Arguably these penalties are subjective to the stewards and in some races like here you'll get them others will be brushed aside as racing incidents and yes there may be bias, favouritism and prejudice attached to giving or not giving them. Considering Vettel maybe this one is harsh but he's got away with some things which perhaps should have had some form of penalty so it all evens out. The same could be argued about Hamilton and other drivers past incidents too.
It's interesting Vettel had some form in this race until the error again it's these little errors that seems to dog him and get to him more than it would Hamilton in the long run. As I've said before Vettel is great when leading/winning a lights to flag race, not so great when he's in the pack, things don't go to plan and can be prone to making errors - as we've seen before.
Incident aside surprised Bottas has faded away from Hamilton as up to Baku they seemed pretty even, is this an order from Mercedes or his truer form showing through. Not Mercedes or Hamilton's fault but sadly the season seems to be becoming a snorefest but it's up to the other teams raise their game and challenge them. Surely they can't win all the races this year can they?
I'll have to give this a watch, damn C4 highlights being on at 11pm.
