I had an amazing wedding idea the other night - involving a certain car ... sadly, because we are in the back of beyond, it’s a definite no! :( But it was interesting to see that such things can be done and even on a self-drive basis. www.vintage-classics.co.uk/cars/audi-quattro-turbo/I’ve got to wait five years to be allowed to drive this one! but I may well be tempted! Has anyone ever done anything like this? This site only has a dozen or so choices bur I imagine there are several such companies.

Minimum age 30 seems a little excessive Nice idea though and there's loads of replica famous TV cars out there. I've seen a 60's Batmobile an A-Team Van and loads of Del's Reliant Van. I love The Sweeney Granadas and fortunately some survive

I had a Supercar day a few years ago. It was a full day event with an early start and I had 6 cars for the day - about 90 minutes in each. The beauty of it was, I could drive anywhere on public roads as long as I arrived at a given location after 90 minutes. Then I moved on to the next car and another 90 minutes of fun.
The cars I had, in order were:
Ferrari F430 F1 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560 Audi R8 Maserati GranTurismo Bentley Continental GT Porsche 997 Turbo S
A great but expensive day.

Two levels to choose from Steve. Out and out excitment would have to go to the Ferrari. The noise it made was electrifying. Closely followed by the Lambo. If I had to choose an every day car from them though, the Maserati would take the win. Powerful, sounded lovely but was so smooth to drive.
Gene.

That sounds like an amazing day. I always thought it would be most fun on a track so you can do what you want, but perhaps what you’ve described would be more fun. 90 minutes in each is pretty cool.
