A colleague of mine was taking his girlfriend, 4 year old and 1 year old to Paris on Thursday morning to go to Disneyland for 3 days. No idea whether they managed it or not, but I'd be surprised! So I really hope they're covered in some way. Yep. Covered in snow.

I imagine the Guv still has you working, Sam. After all ... you're northern boys, aren't you Working? I should cocoa, I hope he's got me a mulled cider lined up, I'm on my way to join him in The Railway Arms: All this fuss over a few flakes... Sam.

I thought you were driving a Jeep/military vehicle? And there's no room for Annie on that bike! I'm not sure I can get to The Railway Arms. Won't I disappear?

Annie is on it ...... Bugger! I'd better turn back. Oops! That's going to require more than petrol-station flowers, Sam!

You don't get flowers from petrol stations, you just get Green Shield stamps or if you go to Esso you get the World Cup footballers coins. Flowers? I suppose you'll be telling me next that supermarkets sell petrol too? Sam.

Maybe if I drink enough Bolly, I can be that way too!

Pleased to report it's almost all gone here! Last night was abysmal - it all turned to sheet ice! But thankfully it's been a balmy 7 degrees today so I was able to go for a nice long walk unhindered. When it was only just on the ground, we let the rabbits investigate it and surprisingly they quite happily hopped out onto it and then ran around like they would normally. I was expecting them to touch it once and run home! We got some good clips but all I can show you is a picture:

Yes, heavy rain at times today has seen a lot of the snow off here. It is going to freeze tonight though so what is left will be treacherous to walk on tomorrow morning.
Gene.
