Never heard that version of Superstition either. Looking at wikipedia, there is an interesting story behind the song, it came about as a collaboration between Wonder & Jeff Beck-
Made all the more confusing as the cover version was released before the original, ultimately becoming a huge hit for Stevie Wonder, and leaving Jeff Beck a bit disgruntled. Still, every cloud had a silver lining. Gene Genie.

I've just had YouTube on in the background playing random music while doing some other work on the PC and this came on
I don't know what others think but in my opinion this was a markedly better version than the original by Barry Ryan:

Another one that has appeared in the background on YouTube tonight:
It may be that I'm not a fan of his anyway but MMEB's version was far and away better than Bruce Springsteen's version:

Manfred Mann's EB's version is in a different league.
I've never liked Springstein to be honest. I always think he sounds like a newborn baby crying in Booooooooorn In The USA.

I didn't actually know this was a cover, the only one I have heard is the superb Manfred Mann version which was a top 10 hit in September 76.

I heard the Lightning Seeds play a cover of Pink Floyd's "Lucifer Sam" (from the Syd Barret era). I always thought that was a good cover....
